HARGEISA-Somaliland President Mr. Ahmed Silanyo has assured that his administion will hold elections as constitutionally required in 2015, despite fears of possible delays.
The President make the remarks following his departure to UK trip that he embarked on Friday.
Mr. SIlanyo answered questions that journalists posed while at Egal airport which says that opposition parties are worried about free and fair elections not taking place in the country.
Once asked about the stance of Somaliland over the Denmark summit which will be discussed on Somali issues.
Mr. Silanyo reiterated that his country will go if invited to the summit it will not be in attendance.
He made clear that Somaliland will not go if they are invited together with Somalia.
